Option #1

Automatic Certificate Installer

To automatically install the SSL certificate, click the Auto Installer icon above. You may need to disable Avast! Antivirus Products to successfully run the installer.

  1. Save the installer and browse to that location.
  2. Doubleclick CertificateInstaller.exe.
  3. Follow the prompts, and close.
  4. If your version of Windows cannot run the installer, try the Manual Option #2.

If you're on Windows Vista / 7, you may see a UAC error dialog box like the one below. Click "Yes".

If you're on Windows 8, you may see an error dialog like this. Click "More info".

Firefox Certificate Installation

Firefox does not use the OS X System root SSL store, so if you use Firefox, please follow the directions for Firefox.

Option #2

Manual Certificate Installer

If you have many computers to install, the manual method may be a bit faster . Using the Internet Explorer or Chrome browser, click the green SSL shield icon above. If presented with a dialog box asking if you want to Open or Save, click "Open". (For example, if using Internet Explorer, you may see the dialog box at the bottom of the page.)

After opening the certificate, you'll see a dialog box like this. Click "Open".



When this dialog box appears, click "Install Certificate".



Click "Local Machine".



Click "Place all certificates in the following store"
Click "Browse" to open the list of stores
Select "Trusted Root Certification Authorities"
The dialog box should look like it does below.
Click "Next"



The final dialog box should look like this. Click "Finish".
